Meet Jane


Hi there! I'm Jane. Jane has a problem. Jane loves chocolate and bread and...chocolate. Out of all the sisters I was always the worst eater. Up until I was 21 my favorite vegetable was potatoes...I still really love potatoes. I love them baked, mashed, seasoned, fried, you name it chances are I love it. Anyway the point is I LOVE CARBS...and while I don't plan on cutting carbs out of my diet any time soon, I do need to find balance. So my fitness goal is to strengthen my core and tone my muscles. I want that long, lean look, no bulk please! You will probably find me trying out yoga or pilates or doing "non"-exercise like gardening and wii. I'm not much for straight exercise, it just can't hold my attention. I DO like biking & walking and kayaking...but running pretty much never happens. Not only does it hurt my knees, I look like an idiot and it burns my lungs...so no training for marathons here. Sorry just not my forte. Anywhoo I hope you join us, 'cause I am sure you know a whole lot more about doing the whole fitness thing and will be able to impart all sorts of mystical fitness guru wisdom! - See you soon!
